MICHAEL RAY DEAL, 57, of Sidney passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 6:06 PM at his residence. He was born on January 3, 1960 in Sidney, Ohio, the son of Donald Ray Deal and the late Constance (Berryhill) Christman.
He is survived by five siblings, Mark Allen (Cindy) Deal and Timothy Scott Deal, both of Georgia, Aaron (Julie) Christman of St. Paris, Kimberly M. Deal of Columbus, Ohio, and Kristina M. Deal of Cincinnati, Ohio. Along with his mother, Michael was preceded in death by his step-mother Jane Deal.
Mr. Deal was employed by Sidney Micro System as a Sales Manager for 20 years. He was an Ohio University graduate. Michael enjoyed traveling through his job and he was a very passionate fan of his Ohio State Buckeye football team.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday June 20, 2017 at 12 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home 302 S. Main Ave Sidney with Pastor Bill Halter officiating. Burial will follow at Fletcher Cemetery in Fletcher. Friends may visit from 10 AM up until the time of the service. Condolences may be expressed to the Deal family at our website, www.cromesfh.com
