Barbara Ann (Winemiller) Jones

BARBARA ANN JONES, 75, of Sidney, passed away Monday, January 30, 2017 at 4:10 AM at her home. She was born on August 25, 1941 in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Ernest and LeEtta (Johns) Winemiller.

On June 26, 1962 Barbara married LeeRoy Jones, who survives along with three children, Lisa Jones, Michael (Khrissy) Jones, and Mark (Mandy) Jones all of Sidney, one sister, Linda (Richard) Boyer of Sidney, six grandchildren, Megan (Ricky White) Myers, Makayla Jones, Shaunda (William) Jones-Spradlin, Sierra Harrison, Jordan and Alexandra Schmidt, and four great-grandchildren, Ahleah Huffman, Haiden and Jaxin White, and Gavin Spradlin. She was preceded in death by one brother, John Winemiller, and one grandson, Matthew K. Huffman.

Mrs. Jones was a 1959 graduate of Sidney High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Bluffton University. She retired as a Registered Nurse from Upper Valley Medical Center in 2007. She was a member of Hardin United Methodist Church.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 1:30 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave, Sidney, with Rev. Philip K. Chilcote officiating. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 PM until the hour of service.
