Mike, I don't know what to say. I know nothing can help.
I don't think I ever laughed harder with anyone than I did with Susan. She was awesome. The time we put together the calendar for Ace's 50th birthday, Susan and I stood out on the "veranda" at KBT and laughed till we cried. We had great times with you guys.
My heart hurts for you...and I am praying you find some comfort.
