Dear Kemp Family,
I am sorry to hear of Ralph's passing. I grew up in Port Jefferson in the 1950s and spent many hours with Ralph when I was in grade and high school. He is really the guy who got me started in electronics which ended with my getting a BSEE and, eventually, starting Coburn Engineering Co. in Bedford, NH. In fact, Ralph sold me my first piece of test equipment, a volt-ohm-milliamp meter. I remember Ralph as a good man who always had time for the (often) dumb questions I kept asking. He had a gentle smile and was a good Christian example to me and, I'm sure, many others.
