William "Scott" Ferguson

WILLIAM “SCOTT” FERGUSON, age 55 of Sidney passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021, at 11:23 PM at Miami Valley Hospital. He born on May 8, 1966, in Sidney, Ohio, the son of the late William “Butch” and Kathleen (Hammer) Ferguson.

On July 4, 2003, he married Brenda (Ahrens) Ferguson who survives along with four children William “Gage” Ferguson, Hilary (Keith) McKenzie, Andrew (Kelly) Ferguson and Joshua (Mackenzie) Ferguson, ten grandchildren, siblings Robert “Bob” Ferguson, Robin (Ray) Cutlip, Rodney (Lindsey) Ferguson, and Kate Crim and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Scott enjoyed many things in life, fishing, grilling out, collecting guns and die cast cars, and working in the yard. He was an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldog football team and till end a lifelong fan of the Cleveland Browns. Most of all Scott was a devoted husband, dad, and grandpa. He loved his family with all his heart and especially spending time with his loving and devoted wife who were never apart and his grand kids. Scott will be missed by all who love him.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 1PM Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11 AM until the time of service.
