WILLIAM “BILL” PAUL FULLER, 71, of Sidney passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 11:15 PM at Wellbrooke of South Bend, Indiana. He was born on December 25, 1952 in Kokomo, Indiana, the son of the late Paul and Vernal (DeWitt) Fuller.
He is survived by two children, Christopher Ryan (Margaret) Fuller of Manchester, NH and William Stephen (Jessica) Fuller of Seattle, WA; four grandchildren, Sean, Jack, Katie and an expected baby in the fall and significant other, Diane McNamara of Stevensville, MI. Bill was preceded in death by siblings, Mae Smith and Ada Mooney.
Mr. Fuller retired from Emerson Climate Technologies as an Engineer. Bill was a member of the Ohio Valley Civil War Association. He enjoyed playing the bag pipes, traveling, collecting books and miniature soldiers.
In honoring Bill’s wishes, his body will be cremated. No services are to be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CDJ) Foundation (cdjfoundation.org) in Bill’s memory. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home 302 S.
