Vicki S. (Fogt) Elsner

VICKI S. ELSNER, 81, of Sidney passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 7:58 AM at Wilson Health. She was born on December 21, 1942 in Montgomery County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Delphus and Loraine (Sweitzer) Fogt. On October 26, 1963, Vicki married Charles “Dan” Elsner, who preceded her in death August 30, 2023.

She is survived by two children, Debbie (Mike) Patterson and Lynn (Tim) Pitchford both of Sidney; three grandchildren, Reece, Cole and Olivia Pitchford and in laws Patsy Fogt, Dick Clark, Steve and Penny Elsner. Vicki was preceded in death by son Brian Elsner, brother, Terry Fogt, sister, Jackie Beach and in laws Betsy Clark and Doug Beach.

Mrs. Elsner retired from Wilson Memorial Hospital working in Accounts Payable department. Vicki enjoyed gardening. She loved visiting with her friends and family. Vicki especially enjoyed being with grandchildren. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday March 5, 2024 at 12 PM at St. John's Lutheran Church 120 W. Water St Sidney with Rev. Steve Edmiston officiating.  Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney, Ohio. Friends may visit from 10 AM until the time of the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request memorial contributions be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Vicki’s memory.
