Vic Carlton Stewart

VIC CARLTON STEWART, 61, of Sidney passed away unexpectedly due to an accident Tuesday, August 27, 2024. He was born on December 28, 1962 in Sidney, Ohio, the son of Jerry Stewart and the late Delores (Davis) Stewart. On October 25, 1980, Vic married the former Kathleen Shadoan, who survives.

He is survived by three children, Jessica Stewart, Justin (Maggie) Stewart and Janessa Stewart; seven grandchildren, Oliviah, Jayden, Abrienne, Mykellah, Zaeauna, Ahraeyah and Kiy’zen; one great-grandchild, Amilah; three siblings, Ty Stewart, Rick Stewart and Lisa (Ernie) Powers and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Stewart worked as a Machinist. Vic previously worked for Stolle Machinery Company. He enjoyed watching Ohio State Buckeye Football with his dog, Luna.  Vic loved spending quality time with his children and grandchildren.  He was a “jack of all trades” and a handyman who could build about anything. He built custom motorcycle choppers in his spare time. Vic was a member of the Sidney Baptist Church.

The family will hold a Celebration of Vic’s Life Wednesday September 4, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Sidney Baptist Church 1322 E. Court St. Sidney, OH 45365 with Randy Reed officiating. Condolences may be expressed to the Stewart family at our website, www.cromesfh.com
