Ty William Stewart

TY WILLIAM STEWART, age 64 of Sidney, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 9:40 PM at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy. He was born on November 24, 1960, in Sidney, Ohio, the son of Jerry Stewart of Sidney and the late Delores (Davis) Stewart.

Ty is survived by three children: Shaun Smith of Houston, OH, Tyler Stewart of Indiana, and Taylor Morrow of Troy, OH, his brother, Rick Stewart, and sister, Lisa (Ernie) Powers, both of Sidney. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by brother, Vic Stewart.

Ty was a retired self-employed contractor and worked part time as a stockroom attendant. He also enjoyed helping others work on their cars. He loved cruising around in his BMW and always took joy in helping others. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals fan.

A Graveside Service for Ty will be held Monday, October 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Graceland Cemetery with Pastor John Butts officiating. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.
