Trey R. Miller

Trey R. Miller of Pleasant Hill, Ohio passed away on August 29, 2024.  He was born on September 21,1991 in Troy, OH to Michael and Linda (Rethman) Miller. 

Trey is survived by his siblings, Evan (Tricia) Miller of Mount Vernon, Ohio.  Sisters Marcy Schmidt of Sidney,Ohio,  Lynesa (Bill)  Wolfe of Sidney, Ohio and Brian Miller of Anna, Ohio and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by grandparents Edward and Margie Rethman and Al and Joanna Miller, aunts Linda Kreitzer and Janet Livornese.

Trey grew up in Kettlersville and graduated from Upper Valley JVS and Anna High School.  Trey treasured his many friendships formed at UVJVS and from his time playing in the band Cinder Home.

Trey was known for his big smile, hearty laugh and the occasional handlebar mustache.   He had a generous personality and was a thoughtful gift giver. He was a free spirit with a gentle soul. He loved his friends and family. He especially adored his nephew Paxton and cherished the time that he spent with him. Trey was a loving owner to 3 cats. Trey had a passion for collecting guns, and riding his newly acquired motorcycle. He loved creating delicious meals in the kitchen, listening to podcasts, sharing his love for stand up comedy, and playing string instruments. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on his 33rd birthday, 9/21/2024 at Anna American Legion, 14900 North County Rd25A Anna, OH from 2 - 5.  Light refreshments will be served. Please join in sharing your favorite stories and memories of Trey.
