Thomas Everett Lawson

THOMAS EVERETT LAWSON, 76, of Sidney, passed away at 10:35 PM Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Wilson Health.  He was born on December 13, 1941 in Sidney, Ohio, the son of the late Everett and Margaret (Dunn) Lawson. 

On June 4, 1961 he married the former Paula Randall, who survives along with their son, Steve (Karen) Lawson and daughter, Angela (Jason) Frantom, both of Sidney; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brother, Charles (Lin) Lawson of Sidney.  He was preceded in death by daughter, Debra Lawson-Fahnestock.

Tom was retired from a life-long career of farming.  He and his loving wife of 57 years enjoyed traveling together.  They spent their summers in Canada and winters in Florida for many years, often joined by family and friends.  Tom also enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and most anything that would involve spending time with those he loved. 

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 20, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave., with Pastor John Leighty officiating.  Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Wilson Hospice Care in Tom's memory.  Guestbook condolences and expressions of sympathy may be made to the Lawson family at our website, www.cromesfh.com
