Teresa J. McCoy

Teresa J McCoy died suddenly early in the morning on the 14th of April. She was born in Spokane, WA on May 30, 1969 to Geoffrey G Jones and Roberta J Jones.   

Teresa grew up in Richland, WA.  She studied Mechanical Engineering at Washington State University.  In 1994 she enlisted in the US Navy and met her husband Jessie G. McCoy.
Their daughter Mairi J McCoy was born soon after they moved to Sidney, OH.

Teresa worked 15 yrs. for Kastner Photography, but eventually had to move on when business drastically slowed.  She earned her Accounting degree from Edison State during that period.  Many people were happy to see her smiling face while she worked at Wal-Mart until her health deteriorated.
Teresa enjoyed reading, handicrafts, and spending time with friends and family.  Some will remember her from the post-1820 rendezvous' held in the surrounding counties as "Six-Fingers"

She is survived by her husband Jessie G. McCoy, Sidney, OH;  daughter Mairi J. McCoy, Dayton, OH; sister Trudy J. Jones and her husband Wally, Sidney, OH; brother Peter T. Jones and his wife Paula, Kennewick, WA; and mother Roberta (Bobbie) J. Jones, Sun City West, AZ.  Teresa was preceded in her death by her father Geoffrey (Jeff) G. Jones and all four grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held for close friends and family at a later date.  We ask that you let the family grieve in peace at this time.
