Phyliss Marie Shinall

Phyliss Marie (Whited) Shinall, 65, of Sidney, passed away January 29, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 14,1959 in Sidney, OH. The daughter of Frank and Eleanor (DeJulio) Whited. On July 2, 1997, she married the love of her life Todd Shinall, who survives her along with her two sons. Bruce Roesser of Arizona and Darrick (Miranda) Roesser of Celina, OH. Nine grandchildren, Tonna (Caleb) Lykins, Destiney Jess, Darrick (Gabrielle) Roesser JR, Brayton Roesser, Zane Roesser, Zerah Roesser, Kash Roesser, Indi Roesser, and Kynslee Brown. She is survived by one sister Vickey (Art) Scholl of Port Jefferson, OH and one brother Ronald Whited of Florida. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by one brother Donald Whited and one sister Melody Tucker. Phyliss attended Sidney High School. She worked as a caregiver at Dorthy Love for over 20 years. She was also employed at MVP as an inspector for 7 years before retiring. She loved everyone but Pearl, her dog, was her best friend. She loved growing and taking care of all of her plants. She was a huge Minnesota Vikings and Ohio State football fan. She wants all of her family to know how much she loved and valued each and every one of them.
