Pamela Sue Swob

PAMELA SUE SWOB, 68 of Sidney, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 1:45 AM at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County. She was born on May 14, 1958, in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of Jean (Ike) Swob of Houston and the late Robert Swob.

In addition to her mother, Pamela is survived by longtime companion, John Hamblin, son, James Hamblin of Sidney, daughter, Amy Lyons of Maryland, three siblings: Cindy (Darrel) Browning, Cheryl (Jim) Smith both of Sidney, and Robert (Chae) Swob of Texas, and two grandkids. She was preceded in death by brother, Rickey Swob.

Pamela was a graduate of Fort Loramie High School class of 1976. She worked various jobs over the years but was a homemaker at heart. She enjoyed spending her free time playing mobile phone games. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.

Funeral Services for Pamela will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Pastor Rob Berryman officiating. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
