Mildred Mae Fox

MILDRED MAE (MOORE) FOX, 89, of Sidney passed away Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 7:00 A.M. at Fair Haven Shelby County home in Sidney, Ohio. She was born on January 9, 1932 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles Moore and Eva (Munson) Moore.

Millie, as she was known to friends and acquaintances, graduated from Hughes High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, across the street from what is now the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She married Dawson E. Fox on September 21, 1974 and they had one daughter together, Eva Mariee Fox who was born July 23, 1975, but who died as an infant. They divorced on May 18, 1993 and Dawson preceded Millie in death on May 15, 1998.

Prior to moving to the Lake Loramie vicinity, Millie resided in Hamilton, Ohio for several years. Since the summer of 2014, she has been residing exclusively at Fair Haven where she was known as a prayer warrior and had no fear in sharing her faith with anyone she met.

Millie loved her dog, Sassy (a terrier/chihuahua mix), and the Cincinnati Bengals. Above all, Millie loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and remained firm in the faith until the end of her mortal life.

There will be no funeral services. Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home 302 S. Main Ave Sidney, Ohio has been entrusted with all arrangements.
