Melinda Kay (Napier) Horne

MELINDA KAY HORNE, 46 of Tipp City, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 1:00 AM at her residence. She was born on July 22, 1978, in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of Johnny Napier and the late Cathy Russell.

On March 7, 2005, she married Anthony Horne Sr. who survives along with two children: Brittany Marrow, and Anthony Horne Jr, and six siblings: Johnny (Gloria) Napier, Kenneth Napier, Sam Napier, Jenny Napier, Brent Napier, and Tammy Napier. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by brother, Brian Napier.

Melinda was of the Baptist Faith. She most recently worked in assembly for Mancore Ohio in Dayton.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Louis Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
