Lucy Viola Steiner

Lucy Viola Steiner of McRae, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025. She was born the daughter of David Ralph Sr. and Nealey Viola (Massey) Milligan on December 10, 1943.

She is survived by her loving family children Sherry Harris of Ward, Arkansas, Zack (Amanda) Cayton of Piqua, and Jack (Traci) Cayton of Sidney, siblings David Ralph Milligan, Ronald Lee Milligan, Wilma Ruth Milligan, Elisha Paul Milligan and John Henry Milligan.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Paul D. Steiner who she married on April 4, 1988 and her children Chris Parker, Mary Troy and Vickie Grauer.
