Larry McGlone

LARRY MCGLONE, 81 of Covington, formerly of Sidney, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 7:13 AM at Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Covington. He was born on January 28, 1945, in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of the late Thomas McGlone and Dora (Grey) Sally.

Larry is survived by two children: Donna Moores, and Larry Franklin McGlone both of Sidney, four grandchildren: Anthony (Amber) Moores, Justin Moores, Kelsey Moores, and James McGlone, and seven great-grandchildren: Andrew, Brendan, Avian, Maddox, Theo, Shane, and Kyngston. He was preceded in death by twin brother, Gary McGlone, sisters: Donna Brigner, Phyllis Busch, and Wanda McClure, and granddaughter, Jamie McGlone.

Larry worked most of his life as a skilled welder by trade.

In keeping with his wishes, Larry will be cremated, and the family will hold a Celebration of his life at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.
