KEITH ARLEN BOLIN, age 81, of Sidney, passed away at his home on Sunday, June 1, 2025.
He was born on March 5, 1944, in Sidney, Ohio, to the late Clifford and Treva (Barker) Bolin. A lifelong resident of Sidney, Keith was a graduate of Sidney High School, Class of 1962. He went on to earn his engineering degree from ITT in Dayton.
Following his education, Keith honorably served his country as a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. His dedication and service to the nation were a source of pride throughout his life.
On June 7, 1969, Keith married the love of his life, Joyce (Soliz) Bolin, who survives along with their two sons: Lyle (Angie) Bolin of Troy, and Lonnie (Sonya) Bolin of Sidney. He was a cherished grandfather to Ally (Haven) Franks, Dominic (Danielle) Bolin, Eva Bolin, and Aden Bolin. He is also survived by his sister, Jolene Magee.
Keith spent his professional life as a Machine Design Engineer, retiring from Navistar after working with several companies throughout his career. He had a passion for antique cars and collectibles, hobbies that brought him joy and connected him to many in the community. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Lima.
The family of Keith Arlen Bolin will be honoring his wishes that there be no public viewing or service. Per his request he will be quietly lain to rest with immediate family in attendance at Pearl Cemetery in Swanders. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.
