Kathy Mae (Sage) Cushard

KATHY MAE CUSHARD, 57 of Sidney, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 9:12 PM at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy. She was born on November 5, 1968, in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Harold Eugene and Elsie Mae (Moses) Sage.

She is survived by two sons: Adam J. (Elizabeth) Kohler, and Justin (Julie) Kunk-Kohler, four grandchildren: Haden, Jaylen, Harlen, and Joslin, brother, David Sage, half-sister, Barbara (Larry) (Hughes) Grill, close friends: Wayne States, Bobby Huff, Cortnee Nichols, and Jacob Day, and nieces: Rylee and Ryder. She was preceded in death by brothers: Paul Hughes, and Steven Hughes.

In keeping with Kathy's wishes, she will be cremated and no services will be held at this time. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.
