Jared Michael Nation

JARED MICHAEL NATION, age 37 of Sidney, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at 1:31 AM at OSU Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on August 19, 1984 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Jerry and Debora (Miller) Nation of Sidney. Also surviving are his two children, Brayden and Peyton Nation, twin-brother, Aaron (Casey) Nation of London, OH, a nephew, and numerous nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jared was a 2003 Sidney High School Graduate and earned his Associates Degree from Rhode State College in Lima. He worked as a respiratory therapist at Springfield Regional Medical Center and Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine. He was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan, and rooted for the Seattle Seahawks on occasion. He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. Most of all he loved his family, and his children were his life.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Thobe officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 29th from 5 to 7 PM.
