Janet M. Egbert-Naseman

JANET M. EGBERT-NASEMAN, 76, of Sidney, passed away at 1:43 A.M. Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Wilson Health. She was born on January 24, 1947 in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Lowell and Phyllis (Zedeker) Boyer. She was first married to David Egbert, who preceded her in death on January 20, 1998.

On September 21, 2000 she married Bob Naseman, who survives, along with her two children, Dr. Bradley (Dr. Lisa) Egbert of Kettering, OH, and Melanie (Troy) Stevens of Plain City, OH; and five grandchildren, David, Sarah, Matthew, Logan and Molly.

Janet was the former owner of Boyer Farm Supply and Dave’s Video in Sidney. She was a member of Anna United Methodist Church. Janet enjoyed spending time outdoors making her home look nice and tending her flower garden. She would spend half of the year at their home in Florida, where she and Bob made many close friends. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with them, especially her grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 10 A.M. at Anna United Methodist Church with Pastor RJ Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Pearl Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 7 P.M. at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Anna United Methodist Church in Janet’s memory.
