James Michael Fryman

JAMES MICHAEL FRYMAN, 69 of Sidney, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 10:14 PM at his residence. He was born on October 20, 1955, in Maysville, Kentucky, the son of the late James Alex and Ruby Marie (Price) Fryman.

On August 27, 1974 he married Flonnie Jane (Matthews) who survives along with four children: Jessica (Cashman) Gregory, James Logan Fryman both of Stearns, KY, Michael (Danielle) Fryman, and Sammy Fryman both of Sidney, 10 grandkids, eight great-grandkids, five siblings: Sheila (Tony) Flores, Jeanette (Jim) Wendel, Robin Coe, Darrell (Lisa) Fryman, and Robert (Audrey) Alexander, and his special girls, Barbara Gregory, and Sylvia Murphy. He was preceded in death by daughter, Frostina Henderson, brother, Chuck Bothman, sister, Rose Pontias, and brother-in-law, Rick Coe.

James served his country in the US Navy from 1972 to 1973. He worked as the head custodian for the McCreary County Kentucky School District.

In keeping with Jame’s wishes, no services are to be held. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.
