Harold Lloyd Russell

HAROLD LLOYD RUSSELL, age 79 of Sidney, passed away Friday, December 20, 2024, at 11:22 PM at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima. He was born on May 24, 1945, in Kenvir, Kentucky, the son of the late Virgil and Eva (Reynolds) Russell.

He is survived by three children; Jeff Russell of Sidney, Jean Russell of Harrod, OH, and Rita (Curtis) Douglas of Kenton, OH, four siblings; Naoma Russell, Carl (Elva) Russell, Marjorie (Lyndel) Hines, and Arnold Russell (Bobbie), nine grandchildren; Ciera, Chelsie, Erin, Curtis, Ashley, Michael, Jessica, Kelly, and Emily, 16 great-grandchildren; Alexia, Exstavia, Adalya, Page, Aaralyse, Aiden, May, Xander, Curtis, Jax, Ash, Raven, Ayla, Lydia, Athena, and Oliver, and one great-great-grandson, Myles, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by five siblings: Dallas Russell, Muriel Napier, Joyce Husky, Teamus, and Ray Russell, and grandson, Jeffrey Richards.

Mr. Russell served his country in the US Army from 1963 to 1966. His most recent occupation was working as a welder.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 27, 2024, at 12 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Rev. B.J. Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco. The family will receive friends on Friday from 10 AM until the time of service.
