GREGORY "GREGG" SCOTT FINK, 68 of Sidney, passed away Monday, March 9, 2026, at 5:07 AM at his home. He was born on November 17, 1957, in Toledo, Ohio, the son of the late Dr. James and Lillian (Faler) Fink. On July 10, 2004, he married Rena (Swartz) who preceded him in death August 13, 2012.
Gregg is survived by two children: Derek (Jenna) Fink, and Shavon (Drew) Puckett both of Sidney, sister, Marilyn Sanford of Sidney, brother, John Fink of Marion, five grandchildren: Cale (Sara Leckey) Puckett, Jace (Estella Hainline) Puckett, Lillian Puckett, Eliana Fink, and Sam Fink, and two great-grandchildren: Cade and Emmy Puckett.
Gregg was a graduate of Houston High School. Throughout his life, he worked as a laborer as well as a business owner. He was a born again Christian and member of Russell Road Church where he served as a youth group leader. He also coached baseball and softball for the Sidney Little League. He was the founder of the “Old Mans Coat Club.” He had a deep appreciation for music from conducting the orchestra from his front porch to rocking as a lead vocalist and guitarist of a band in his younger years. He really enjoyed auctions as well as selling items on eBay, but above all, he felt blessed by his family, adored his grandkids, and loved watching them in their sporting events, where he was their biggest fans.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Pastor Ryan Daulton officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco.
