GERALD E. "CHEEZ" BALES, 65, of Sidney, passed away at 4:14 A.M. Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Heritage Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Minster, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents and survived by two brothers.
