George William Rogers II

George William Rogers II, age 43, of Sidney, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at 2:02 AM at Ohio Hospice of Miami County. He was born on January 13, 1980, in American Falls, Idaho the son of George William Rogers I and Lar Anne Johnson.

George is survived by his wife, Bailey Rogers, children, Jasmine (Ben) Davis of Ohio, Sophia Frease of Nebraska, and Abigail McDowell of Missouri, step children, David Cox and fiancé Karli Robinson, Jacob Cox, and Lani Reese all of Ohio, grandson Giante Davis of Ohio, father, George Rogers I and step mother Joanne of Oregon, mother, Lar Anne Johnson of Tennessee, maternal grandmother, Janie (Johnson) and husband Henry Knox of Texas, brothers Jeremy Johnson and Carnell Ice both of Missouri, sisters, Lisa Johnson of Tennessee, Kassandra Johnson of Missouri, and Lacey Johnson of Tennessee, step brother Robert (Christine) Zoric of Oregon, and many nieces and nephews.

George is preceded in death by grandparents, George (Sharron) Rogers and James Johnson, uncle Jimmy Rogers, and aunt, Linda Johnson.

George enjoyed many things in life, fishing, building model cars, and mechanic work. He loved Ford Fox body Mustangs, true crime documentaries, history of all kinds, camouflage, learning random facts, and car shows.

Memorial Services to be at a later date. The family is being served by Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.
