Donald M. Weimer Jr.

DONALD M. WEIMER JR., age 69 of Botkins, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at his home. He was born on February 25, 1954, in Sidney, Ohio, the son of the late Donald Murray and Ruth Eileen (Hatcher) Weimer.

He is survived by three daughters: Cassandra (Mike) Benito of Boone, NC, Gwyn (Mike) Danford, and Jamie (J.T.) Tahlier both of New Smyrna, FL, three sisters: Beverly Jo (Ramona Gulley) Monnin of Botkins, Diana Lynn (Russ) Cianfrocca of Palm Coast, FL, and Debra A. (Chris) Fugate of Sidney, six grandchildren: Georgia Bee, Kaeden, Luke, Alaya, Jordanne, and June, and a good dog, Charlie.

Don brightened up any room with his unique & contagious laughter. He was a hard-working man who could fix anything with patience & time. He loved his football, his Cincinnati Reds, country music, a smoking grill, and the great outdoors. Don loved God, and often talked about the beauty of the world and our place in it. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

A Graveside Service will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Pearl Cemetery in Swanders with Pastor Randy Waters officiating. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cromesfh.com
