Obituary

DIANE L. KIMMEL, age 69 of Sidney, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023 at 12:28 AM at Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, OH. She was born on January 21, 1954 in Greenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Gary and Edith (Bellinger) Kimmel.

She is survived by son, G.C. (Laurie) Kimmel of Sidney, grandchildren, Jameson, and Isley, and two sisters: Susan (Rob) Allread of Dandridge, TN, and Jackie (Brett) Musser of Tipp City. She was preceded in death by a sister, Carole Teeters, and a brother, Barry Kimmel.

Diane worked as a manager for Harts Big Bear in Greenville for 30 years, then worked for decades at John's IGA in Versailles.

She was an avid Reds, Bengals, and Ohio State fan. She adored all of her nieces and nephews, enjoyed family time and social gatherings, and most of all she loved her two grandkids, who she spoiled beyond measure. She will be greatly missed.

In keeping with Diane's wishes, a Private Celebration of Life will be held at the family's convenience. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to honor Diane may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cromesfh.com
