Dennis L. Johnson

Dennis L. Johnson age 79 passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 2:15 AM. He was born April 28, 1946 in Lima, OH to Ivan and Margaret (Harner) Johnson.

On November 8, 1969 he married Deborah Stump and celebrated 55 years of marriage.

They are the proud parents of Brian (Tammi) Johnson and Michelle (Mark) Rudasill. He was “Grandpa” to seven grandchildren Caleb and Nathan Johnson, Evan and Jayden Sells, Brooke

 (Jered) Hill, and Easton (Alex) Rudasill.

He was preceded in death by his grandson Logan Johnson, his sister Sandra Lee Mooney and his parents.

Dennis worked as a Facility Engineer for Copeland/Emerson for 34 years. He was an avid Buckeye fan, bowler and golfer. He graduated from Lima Senior High School and attended OSU and Edison State graduate.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Pastor Eileen Hix officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 PM until the time of service.
