Delbert LeRoy Doak

Delbert LeRoy Doak, age 79 of Sidney passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 1:43 PM at Wilson Memorial Hospital.  He was born the son of James and Ines (Ditmer) Doak on June 20, 1942, in Cincinnati.
Delbert is survived by his loving family, children Karen Satterwhite, Tim and Amy Doak, Bruce and Brenda Watkins, and Jayne Olivary, sisters Margaret Carver and Geraldine and David Kemmerling, 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Delbert is preceded in death by his parents, 14 brothers and sisters, and 2 stepdaughters.
Delbert served his country proudly with the United States Army during the Vietnam War, he was a Red Letterman and a member of New Hope Church.  He was a loving father, grandfather and brother.  He will be missed by all who love him.  

Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 11:00AM at Shelby Memorial Gardens, 8563 State Route 47, Sidney, Ohio.

A meal will follow at New Hope Methodist Church, 8985 W. Mason Rd. Sidney, Ohio.
