DEBORAH J. THOMAS, 65, of Sidney passed away at 8:50 A.M., Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Kettering Medical Center. She was born on July 29, 1954 in Oak Harbor, Washington, the daughter of Fred and Nowanna (Rice) Mott, who precede her in death.
