Darrel Ball Obituary

DARREL MARSHALL BALL, 72, of Sidney passed away at 10 A.M. Friday, November 19, 2021 at Sidney Care Center. He was born on October 3, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Marshall and Opal (Elmore) Ball.

He is survived by his loving life-long partner, Renee Ball; daughter, Alexsis (Bucky) Rudisell of Piqua; grandson, Dominik Rudisell; sister, Sharon Ball Cathcart of Sidney; two brothers, Dennis (Stephanie) Ball of Fort Wayne, IN and Alan Ball of Troy; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one niece, Jocelyn Cathcart.

Darrel was retired from Stolle Corporation. He enjoyed collecting various antiques and was an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoyed following his favorite teams, the Cincinnati Reds and the Kentucky Wildcats. His greatest joy was his family.
