Obituary
CHERYLE ANN JONES, age 76 of Sidney, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023, at 12 PM at her home. She was born on June 4, 1946, in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Raymond and Grace (Batty) Harp.
On November 26, 1961, Cheryle married David L. Jones who survives along with three children: Kelly (Albert) Stidham of Sidney, Kimberly Jones of Knoxville, TN, and Scott (Shelly) Jones of Sidney, and nine grandchildren.
Cheryle and her husband, Dave started Shelby Motors, Inc. in 1970. She worked as the bookkeeper for the family business along with her husband, and their son, Scott.
Cheryle attended Sidney Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, as well as wintering in Vero Beach, FL with Dave.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff of Hospice of Miami County for their care and compassion.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 10 AM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Inman officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 to 6 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to honor Cheryle may be made to Hospice of Miami County. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cromesfh.com
