Catherine Marie (Lane) Neville

CATHERINE MARIE NEVILLE, 61 of Sidney, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 8:55 AM at Wilson Health. She was born on August 1, 1963, in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert and Emily (Snyder) Lane.

She is survived by four children: Summer (Daniel) Van Hook of Sidney, Wendy Neville of Indianapolis, IN, Justin Neville, and Johnathan Neville both of Sidney, four brothers: Paul (Deborah) Lane of Sidney, David (Deborah) Lane of Covington, Tim Lane of Jackson Center, and Michael Lane of Sidney, nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers: John Sr., and Bill Lane.

Catherine was a graduate of Sidney High School class of 1982. She earned her degree from the JVS Nursing School and worked as an LPN at Fair Haven Shelby County Home prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ.

Funeral Services for Catherine will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Oates officiating. Burial will follow at Beechwood Cemetery in Lockington. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
