Brent David Sarver

BRENT DAVID SARVER, 69, of Sidney, passed away at 11:15 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at his residence. He was born October 10, 1956, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to the late Paul and Barbara (Hergenrather) Sarver.

On April 25, 1998, he married Janet Sarver, who survives. He is also survived by his four stepchildren, Daniel (Maryann) Williams, Jackie (Brandon) Ezell, Cristin (David) Price, and Brian Reder; three grandchildren, Sophia Williams, Wyatt Ezell, and Keaton Price; and three siblings, Paula Sarver-Gross, Susan Sarver-Wilkins, and Steve Sarver. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Logan Ezell, and his sister-in-law, Vonda Sarver.

Brent was a 1975 graduate of Sidney High School. He worked nearly 20 years as a forklift operator at NK Parts. After his father’s passing, he took over Sarver’s Music Store in Sidney, later transitioning the business to an online store, which he operated until his passing. He was an avid fan of Ohio State and Browns football.

Brent grew up attending First Baptist Church in Sidney where the family will hold a memorial service on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 11 AM. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed to Brent’s family at (www.cromesfh.com).
