Beverly Kay Hoying

BEVERLY KAY HOYING, 68 of Sidney, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at her home. She was born on November 26, 1957, in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Thomas and Martha (Schaub) Hoying.

Beverly is survived by two daughters: Austina (Cory) Thompson, and Jessica (Ryan) Davis both of Sidney, five siblings: Jane (Steve) Parke of Port Jefferson, Larry (Sandy) Hoying of Minster, Rodney Hoying of Anna, Tom Hoying, and John Hoying both of Minster, two grandsons: Hayden Lee Cotrell and Jayden Lee Davis, and numerous nieces and nephews.

With deep love and gratitude, we remember a remarkable mother whose life was defined by hard work, compassion, and an unwavering devotion to her family. She was a strong and determined woman who successfully worked and managed her own business, earning the respect of all who knew her through her dedication, integrity, and perseverance. No challenge ever seemed too great for her, and she met every day with purpose and grace.

Above all else, she cherished her family. She always made time for those she loved, no matter how busy life became. Her greatest joy was her grandsons, whom she loved with everything she had. They were the light of her life, and she took immense pride in every smile, laugh, and milestone they shared with her. Her love for them was deep, unconditional, and everlasting.

She was known for her generous heart and her willingness to help anyone in need. If someone was struggling, she never hesitated to offer support, kindness, or a listening ear. Her compassion touched countless lives, and her presence brought comfort and strength to many.

Though she will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on through the family she loved so fiercely and the lives she touched with her selflessness and care. Her strength, kindness, and love will continue to guide and inspire all who knew her.

She leaves behind a family who will forever hold her in their hearts and cherish the memories they shared. Her love will never be forgotten.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 7 PM with Pastor Jeff Hill officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until the time of service.
