Betty Sue Smith

BETTY SUE SMITH, age 80 of Jackson Center passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born the daughter of the late Robert and Dolly (Johnson) Cornett on October 25, 1941 in Cumberland, KY.

Betty is survived by her loving family, sons Milton (Melanie) Smith, Otha Smith, Bobby Smith and David Smith, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Otha Henry Smith Sr. and her son Paul Smith. Betty was a hardworking mother raising five boys and taking care of her family as a dedicated homemaker. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who loved her.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 1 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11 AM until the time of service. The service will be live streamed (here).
