Barbara Irene (Sloan) Gulde

BARBARA IRENE (SLOAN) GULDE, 88, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 4:15 AM at StoryPoint Troy. She was born on July 10, 1935 in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Marion and Mildred (Lennox) Sloan. On June 1, 1957, Barbara married Frederick Gulde, who preceded her in death April 29, 1994.

She is survived by four children, Philip Gulde of Denver, Colorado, Debby Matheny of Roseville, California, Craig (Rose) Gulde of El Monte, California and Stephen (Susie) Gulde of Roseville, California; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; brother, Bruce Sloan of San Francisco, California and sister-in-law, Joann West of Bakersfield, California.

Mrs. Gulde retired after 19 years working as a Librarian in Riverside, California.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday February 1, 2024 at 1 PM at Brookside Cemetery in Hardin, Ohio with Rev. Anthony Keilani officiating.
