Ann Lincoln Bradfute

ANN LINCOLN BRADFUTE, 86, of Sidney passed away at 8:11 A.M. Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County. She was born on December 21, 1936 in Woodward, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Arleigh and Dorothy (Rogers) Lincoln. On November 5, 1977 she married Lyle Bradfute, who preceded her in death in 1996.

Ann is survived by seven children, Eric (Dee) Day of Miamisburg, OH, Sheila (Gary) King of Peninsula, OH, Eileen (Chip) Hix of Sidney, Lisa (Kevin) Stanley of Bartlett, TN, Jennifer (Jim) Baer of New Bern, NC, Jeff (Rachelle) Bradfute of Irmo, SC, and Jon (Robin) Bradfute of Midland, MI; fourteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charlie Lincoln.

Ann was retired from Y.S.I. in Yellow Springs, Ohio where she worked as a computer programmer. She was a graduate from the University of North Dakota. Ann was a member of P.E.O. and the Dayton Woman’s Club. She enjoyed theatre and loved traveling with her late husband and friends. Her greatest love was her family. She doted on her children and grandchildren and kept in touch with them all frequently.

Ann was a member of Sidney First Methodist Church where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. with Rev. Eileen Hix officiating. Visitation will be at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home on Tuesday, from 4 to 7 P.M. Burial will be at Massies Creek Cemetery in Cedarville, Ohio at the family’s convenience.
