Patricia Ann Kramer

PATRICIA A. KRAMER, 44, of New Albany, Ohio, formerly of Sidney, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018.  She was born on August 27, 1974 in Sidney, the daughter to Greg and Cindy (Smart) Welch, who survive.

On December 05, 2003 she married Robert "Bob" Kramer, who survives, along with her step-daughters, Tizzie (Nolan) Nuss, Kara (Ross) Hoewischer, Emily Kramer; siblings, Brad (Donna) Welch, and Angie (Rick) Hageman; paternal grandmother, Glena Welch; nieces and nephews, Brittany Sniffen, Courtney Aufderhaar, Dylan Aufderhaar, McKayla Schmiesing, Cassie Schmiesing, Bryce Schmiesing, Kalei Welch and Mason Welch; great niece and nephews, Ian and Wyatt Sniffen, and Navayah and Braydon Eskew; and grandchildren, Nevin and Kallie Nuss, and Kendall and Mason Hoewischer.  She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Jack and Lucile Smart and paternal grandfather, John C. Welch. 

Patricia was a graduate of Fairlawn High School, class of 1992. She went on to earn her bachelor's degree from Urbana University and her master's from Nova University.  Patricia was a dedicated school teacher and taught at Dodger Town Elementary School in Vero Beach, Florida from 2003 to 2008.  She enjoyed spending time with family, traveling and going to concerts.  Patricia was always willing to help others and was a great wife, daughter, sister and aunt.  She was loved and will be deeply missed.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 7:00 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave., with Pastor Stephen Smitley officiating.  A Private Burial will be at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 PM until the time of service.  Memorial contributions may be made to Shelby County Board of Developmental Disabilities - memo "Shelby Hills School."  Guestbook condolences and expressions of sympathy may be made to the Kramer family at our website, www.cromesfh.com
