NICKOLAS FRED POEPPELMAN, 74, of Anna, Ohio, passed away at 3:46 AM Saturday, June 17, 2017 at his residence. He was born on May 4, 1943 in Piqua, Ohio, the son of the late Herman and Irene (Brandewie) Poeppelman.
On June 27, 2013 he married Jacqueline Spencer, who survives him along with one step-son, David (Erin) Keyser of Walton, KY; and two grandchildren, Rahn and Carter Keyser.
Mr. Poeppelman was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He was a retired truck driver of more than 45 years, having most recently driven for Dick Lavy. He enjoyed fishing, and mostly spending time with his wife and family.
