Nathan Thomas Sharp

NATHAN THOMAS SHARP, 44, of Sidney passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 28, 2018 at his residence. He was born on June 15, 1974 in Sidney, Ohio, the son of the late Thomas and Kim (Helmlinger) Sharp.

He is survived by  three children, Jacob (Macie) Sharp of Huber Heights, Layne Sharp of Fort Worth, TX and Keelan Sharp of Sidney; one grandchild, Lucy Sharp; one brother, Collin Sharp of Sidney and lifetime companion, Gina Hiestand. Nathan was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Everett and Betty Sharp and maternal grandparents, Dale and Ruth Helmlinger.

Nathan proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1992-1995. He loved being outdoors and working in his yard. Nathan was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Reds fan.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Saturday November 3, 2018 at 4:30 PM at the Trinity Church of the Brethren 2220 N. Main Ave Sidney. The family has asked in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral cost. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave Sidney.
