MELISSA ANN CORNETT, age 49 of Sidney, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 5 PM at her residence. She was born on May 22, 1969 in Ronceverte, West Virginia, the daughter of Edward and Ruth (Myers) Richmond who survive and live in Sidney along with one sister, Nancy (David) Richmond Finn of Sidney, nieces, Hether Thomas, Laci Overby, Crystal Smith, and Jeanie Smith, nephew, Hunter Finn, and 9 great-nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Melissa's wishes, her body will be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave, Sidney.
