Melanie Sue (Standley) Eisenhut

MELANIE SUE (STANDLEY) EISENHUT, 64, of Celina passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 5:44 PM at University of Cincinnati Hospital. She was born on July 25, 1954 in Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of the late Ernest and Marietta (Parsons) Standley. In 1971, Melanie married Stanley Eisenhut, who survives.

She is survived by five children, Stacy (Randy) Grisez of Versailles, Chastity Morris of Florence, KY, Don Eisenhut, Alice (Bobby) Houston and Richie Stein all of Celina; three step-children, Stanley Eisenhut Jr. of Lima, Bobbie Jo Eisenhut and Jamie (Kristie) Slaven both of Celina; nineteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two siblings, Tim (Jean) Standley of Sidney and Jody (Steve) Wildermuth of Anna. Melanie was preceded in death by four siblings.

Mrs. Eisenhut worked at the former KMART in St. Marys as a retail associate in the jewelry department. Melanie enjoyed to crotchet in her spare time. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who where her pride and joy.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday July 8, 2019 at 1 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home 302 S. Main Ave Sidney, OH 45365 with Rev. Philip K. Chilcote officiating.
