Lois (Weaver) Murray

LOIS D. (WEAVER) MURRAY, 70, of Sidney passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 12:40 PM at Fair Haven Shelby County Home. Lois was born on August 17, 1948 in Jellico, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Silas and Pearl (Branham) Weaver. On February 4, 1979, Lois married John Murray, who survives.

She is survived by five children, Rhonda Collins (Mike) McDermit, Cheryl Collins, Roy (Mellissa) Collins, Leslie Murray Henderson and Johnnie Sue (Deanne Vogel) Murray; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and one sister, Ruthie Weaver Stone. Lois was preceded in death by nine siblings.

Mrs. Murray was a homemaker all her life. Lois was a member of the Senior Center of Sidney-Shelby County. She enjoyed cooking, playing bingo and spending time with friends and family. Lois was of the Pentecostal Faith.

Funeral Services will be held Monday December 3, 2018 2:30 PM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home 302 S. Main Ave Sidney with Pastor Tommy Henderson officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney, Ohio. Friends may visit from 1 PM up until the time of the service at the funeral home.
