FRANCES "FRANNIE" SIZEMORE, 70, of Sidney, passed away at 10:45 PM Friday, February 9, 2018 at The Pavilion Rehab and Skilled Care Center. She was born on May 13, 1947 in Hamilton County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Will and Edith (German) Sizemore.

Frannie was a loving, caring woman and always had a smile on her face. She loved to joke and play and loved her morning coffee. She spent most of her time with crayons and coloring books. Frannie was survived by her housemates at the group home where she lived in Sidney

No public services will be held. Arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave. Condolences may be expressed at the funeral home's website, www.cromesfh.com
