He was most recently practicing at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine specializing in total joint replacement. He loved being a surgeon and improving the health and quality of life of others. He also held a degree from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and was a driving force behind his sons’ professional development. He was a perpetual student, always striving to learn and explore new topics. He enjoyed traveling and attending concerts with Vicki, his beloved wife of 42 years, and he was a passionate Ohio State Football fan who rarely missed a game in the Shoe.
