I graduated from Ursuline with Denny and would run into him from time to time when he was working at the Y and I was working at St. E's. He was always so friendly, just as he was in high school. I also know his sister Donna, who worked at St. E's. My condolences to her and the rest of the family. I thought his obituary was very nice. It portrayed him exactly as I remember him.

I worked with Dennis at the YMCA for many years and am so sorry for the loss of a leader in the Sidney community, a husband and a father. Dennis was a kind man and someone I have always looked up to.

Donna, I am so sorry for your loss. Dennis was a wonderful person, whom I loved seeing at the YMCA. I taught small classes there and my children grew up through the Y Daycare and other programs. I have always said it takes a community to raise a child and the YMCA is the best community to nourish our youth. I am forever indebted to Dennis and the quality of services under him for my family.
