DEAN F. NOLLINGER, age 72 of Sidney, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at his residence. He was born on August 13, 1947 in Warren, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Earle and Helen (Richeal) Nollinger.

No Funeral Services are to be held. Mr. Nollinger's final arrangements are in the care of Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home.
